About Us

Greenleaves Homecare supports people in their own homes across Stevenage and the surrounding parts of Hertfordshire. We work with older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, and people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment.

Our support is planned around the individual. We meet the person, and anyone they want involved, and we work out what would genuinely make daily life easier. Often that includes personal care, help with medication and preparing meals. Often it is wider, covering household tasks, shopping, appointments, getting out of the house, or holding a routine together when that has become hard alone.

We train our carers for the needs they are asked to meet, and we think about who we send. In someone's own home, the match between carer and client matters as much as the tasks on the plan, and getting it right is what turns a visit into a relationship people look forward to.

We aim to be reliable above all. Arriving when we said, staying the full time, doing what was agreed, and telling you promptly if anything has to change. We keep families informed with the person's consent and raise concerns early with health professionals.
