About Us
We are a home care agency working in Stevenage and across Hertfordshire. Our carers visit people in their own homes at agreed times, helping with whatever has become hard to manage alone so that people can carry on living where they choose.
The people we visit are a varied group. Many are older and want help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping or moving safely around the house. Others are younger adults with quite different priorities. We support people living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment. We also support people affected by eating disorders, where patience and a steady, unhurried presence make a genuine difference.
Care is planned with the person rather than for them. What time they want us, what they want help with, what they would rather keep doing themselves, and what they would prefer we left alone entirely. The plan changes as life does.
We keep the same carers visiting where we can, because trust takes time to build and is worth protecting once it is there.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you would like to talk about support for yourself or a relative, we are glad to do so without any pressure.
