About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Waltham Abbey and the surrounding parts of Essex. Our work is to support people to live where they want to live, with help that arrives when it should.

We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, people living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support at home. We also support people living with eating disorders, where mealtimes need patience and an approach agreed carefully with the person and the clinical team involved.

We want to be straightforward about our position. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are working through what was identified, with attention to supervision of staff, record keeping and making sure visits are delivered as planned and at the agreed times.
