About Us

Caronne Care in Essex provides care and support in people's own homes across Basildon and the surrounding area. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autistic people, people with physical disabilities or loss of sight or hearing, people managing mental health conditions, and people working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs.

Covering that range means a template is no use, so we do not work from one. We sit down with the person, find out what they want their days to look like and where help is genuinely needed, and build the visits from there. It takes longer at the start and saves a great deal of trouble later.

Where somebody is managing a mental health condition or working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs, consistency and an absence of judgement matter more than any technique. We turn up when we said we would, we do not lecture, and we stay involved when things are hard.

We keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows.
