About Us
Oxana Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Sudbury and the surrounding area. Our approach is to build support around the individual rather than to offer a fixed package and expect people to fit it.
We support people living with dementia, where familiarity and an unhurried manner do more good than anything else we could offer, and adults with a learning disability or autism, where communication suited to the person, a dependable routine and support that builds skills rather than replacing them make the greatest difference. We work with people living with mental health conditions, where a steady, trusting relationship and staff who notice early changes matter most. Most of the people we support are younger adults, whose weeks are built around work, study, family or plans of their own, and whose support should fit around those things rather than take them over.
Practically, our support can include help with personal care, medication, meals, managing a household, appointments and taking part in ordinary life outside the front door.
