About Us
We are Matti Care, and we support adults in their own homes in Harlow and the surrounding parts of Essex. What we offer is straightforward: dependable visits from care workers who know you, at times that suit your day. Most of our work is with older people who want to carry on living at home and need a hand with the everyday business of getting through the day. That means help with washing and dressing, medication taken on time, a proper meal cooked, the shopping fetched, the laundry done, and getting out to appointments or into town with some company on the way. Company matters as much as the tasks. Loneliness does real harm, and a care worker who sits down for a cup of tea, looks at the photographs and remembers what was said last week is doing something genuinely useful. We also support younger adults who need help to run their own household and want that help to reduce over time. We visit and talk before anything begins, we agree what the calls are for and what must not be missed, and we keep the rota as steady as we can so that people know who is coming.
