About Lehope Care

Lehope Care provides home care to people in Harlow and across Essex. Safe

Inspectors found room for improvement with safeguarding reporting and recruitment. They made a recommendation about recruitment. People were supported by trained staff to take their medicines.

Inspectors found that staff received an induction and training to help them meet people's needs. Spot checks and competency checks were completed.

Inspectors found that people received kind and compassionate care. Staff protected and respected people's privacy and dignity.

Inspectors found that care plans reflected people's range of needs. People and those important to them were involved in planning their care. Staff communicated with people in ways that met their needs.
