About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Colchester and across Essex. Our purpose is to support people to live where they want to live, with help that arrives when it should and is given by carers they know.

We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and steady routines count for a great deal. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired, along with younger adults needing support at home. We also support people working through problems with alcohol or drugs, where consistency and an absence of judgement matter most.

Supporting that range properly means thorough briefing before a carer starts with somebody new, and small teams around each person so the face at the door is familiar.
