About Us

Jadee's Nursing Agency provides care and support in people's own homes in Colchester and across Essex. We visit older people, adults living with dementia or mental health conditions, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with physical disabilities and younger adults living independently. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Every arrangement we make starts with a proper conversation in the person's own home. We want to understand what the day currently looks like, where it goes wrong and what would make the biggest difference. Some people need a single visit each morning to get washed, dressed and fed properly. Others need several calls covering medication, meals, personal care and company, and some need support to get out and keep up with the things they enjoy. We plan rounds so that people see familiar carers rather than a procession of strangers, and we introduce anyone new properly. Carers complete training before working unsupervised and are supported by senior staff who carry out supervision, spot checks and reviews. When someone's needs change we say so and we adjust, and if we believe a different kind of support would serve someone better we will tell you that honestly even though it may not suit us.
