About Us

Here at Constable Care, we provide home care to people living in Colchester and the surrounding areas of Essex. We support individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, which we know makes a real difference to how people feel about their daily lives.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Every person we support has their own story, their own routines and their own preferences, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each individual before we put anything in place.

Our team is made up of people who genuinely care about the work they do. We recruit carefully, train thoroughly and make sure our staff feel supported, because we believe the quality of care someone receives is directly connected to how well looked after the people delivering it feel.
