About Us

We provide support in people's own homes in Colchester and the surrounding parts of Essex. We work with older people who need help with daily living, with younger adults, with people who have a learning disability, with autistic people, with people living with mental health conditions and with people who have a physical disability.

Day to day that means personal care, medication support, meal preparation, help getting out and about and, for some people, support to run a household, keep appointments and stay connected to the people and activities that matter to them. The balance is different for everyone, which is why we plan with the person rather than handing them a standard package.

We are working through the points raised, with changes to supervision, record keeping and the way we check that visits are delivered as planned.
