About Ace 24

Ace 24 provides care and support in people's own homes across Colchester and the surrounding parts of Essex. We work with older people and with younger adults, and our aim is to make staying at home a realistic choice for as long as it suits the person. Support ranges widely. Some people want one short call a day for help with washing, dressing and medication. Others need several visits covering meals, shopping, laundry and getting out and about, or longer support built around complex needs. We work with people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions including eating disorders, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.
