About Us

At ECare Community, we provide home care to people living in Clacton on Sea and the surrounding areas of Essex. We come to you, supporting you in the place that matters most, your own home, so that you can maintain your independence and carry on living life the way you choose.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Every person we support has their own story, their own routines, and their own preferences, and we take the time to understand what genuinely matters to each individual before we put any care plan in place.

Our carers are people who take their work seriously. They are trained, consistent, and attentive, and they build real relationships with the people they support. We know that allowing someone into your home takes trust, and we do not take that lightly. Whether someone needs a short daily visit or more regular support throughout the week, we aim to make every interaction feel respectful and human rather than rushed or transactional.

We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That rating reflects the effort our team puts in every day, but we are not complacent about it. We regularly review how we work and listen carefully to feedback from the people we support and their families, because there is always room to do things better.

If you are looking for home care in Clacton on Sea or nearby, we would be happy to have a straightforward conversation about how we might be able to help. There is no pressure, just an honest discussion about what you need.
