About Us

We are Bluebird Care Mid Essex, based in Chelmsford and supporting adults in their own homes across this part of the county.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and also clear about what it means. It is not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. It reflects the fact that we know the people we support well, that our workers are properly trained and supervised, and that when something needs putting right we deal with it rather than explaining it away.
