About Us

All About U Care provides care and support to people in their own homes in Chelmsford and the surrounding parts of Essex. We think the best care is the sort that fits so naturally into a household that it barely feels like a service at all.

Most of our work is with older adults, helping with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and the practical tasks that have become harder over time. We also support people living with dementia, where continuity matters more than anything else. A carer who already knows the routines, the house and the family can steady a difficult morning in a way that a stranger simply cannot. We support younger adults too, where our role is usually to back somebody's independence rather than to manage it.

Every arrangement starts with listening. We agree what would genuinely help, write it down with the person and review it as things change. We keep families informed, and if we have a concern about someone we say so promptly rather than leaving it.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are pleased with that, and we treat it as the standard we are expected to keep meeting.
