About Us

De Vere Care Partnership covers south west Essex from Brentwood, providing care to people in their own homes across the surrounding towns and villages.

The people we support are varied. Many are older adults who need help to keep living independently. We also work with younger adults, with people living with dementia, with those who have mental health needs, and with people living with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment. What holds it together is the approach rather than the category: we find out how someone wants their day to work, and then we fit around it.

Home care lives or dies on reliability. A visit that arrives late, or arrives with a stranger, unsettles the whole day for someone who has built their routine around it. We plan our rounds with enough time to do the job properly and to travel between calls, and we keep the same care workers with the same people so that both sides know where they stand.
