About Aspire Plus
Aspire Plus provides care and support in people's own homes in Cambridge and the surrounding area. We are here so that people can stay in the place they know, with their own things around them, and receive help at the times that genuinely suit them. We support older adults with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out safely, adjusting how long and how often we come as needs change rather than leaving a plan in place out of habit. We support people living with dementia, where the most useful thing we bring is a familiar person who is not hurrying and who already knows how this individual likes things done. We work with people who have physical disabilities, helping with washing, dressing and mobility while leaving the person in charge of how it is done, and we support younger adults, whose days are shaped by work, study, family or their own plans and whose care should fit around those things. We keep the team around each person as small as the rota allows, because familiarity is what lets trust build. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission.
