About Us

We at Hollymead House are proud to offer a warm and welcoming residential care home in the seaside town of Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Our home provides dedicated older person care in a setting designed to feel comfortable, familiar, and truly like home for every resident who joins our community.

Nestled within the coastal charm of Bognor Regis, our location offers residents the benefit of a peaceful South East setting whilst remaining close to the amenities and gentle sea air that make this part of West Sussex so special. The surroundings help create an environment where residents can feel settled, relaxed, and connected to the wider community they know and love.

Our care is centred around the individual needs of older people, with a focus on supporting daily living whilst respecting personal preferences, routines, and life stories. For families considering longer term residential care, we provide a stable and nurturing environment where loved ones can enjoy companionship, thoughtful support, and the reassurance of care that is always close at hand. We also offer respite care, giving family carers the opportunity to take a well deserved break, recover from an illness, or simply enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is being looked after with kindness and professionalism during their stay with us.

In practice, this means residents benefit from a consistent daily rhythm, warm relationships with the people who care for them, and the freedom to enjoy their days in a way that feels right for them. Families are welcomed as partners in care, kept informed, and encouraged to remain closely involved in the lives of their relatives.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our Care Quality Commission rating of Good across every domain assessed, including Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well led. This overall Good rating offers families the reassurance that our home meets the standards expected of a trusted residential care provider and that our approach to caring for older people is recognised as considerate, capable, and dependable.

Choosing a care home is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we understand the emotions and questions that come with it. If you are exploring residential or respite care for a loved one in Bognor Regis or the wider West Sussex area, we warmly invite you to get in touch with Hollymead House. We would be delighted to answer your questions, share more about life in our home, and help you feel confident about the next step for your family.
