About Us
Lebrun House is a residential care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex. We support older people, including those living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.
Moving into a care home is a big change, and how the first weeks are handled makes a lasting difference. We spend time learning about a person before and after they arrive. What they did for a living, who matters to them, what they eat, when they like to wake, what makes a bad day and what settles it. That knowledge is the difference between care that fits and care that merely happens.
For people living with dementia, the constants do the heavy lifting. The same faces, the same room, familiar food, music from the right decade, and staff who do not rush or contradict. Where somebody is living with a mental health condition, we work alongside community teams and families so that support stays joined up.
Respite stays are available too, giving a family carer a planned break or offering somebody a period of support when they need it.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We would encourage you to come and see the home for yourself, meet the people who live here and ask whatever you want to ask.
