About Perry Manor
We are Perry Manor, a nursing home in Worcester caring for older people and for younger adults with nursing needs, including many people living with dementia and people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment. Our most recent CQC overall rating is outstanding. That matters to us, but what matters more is whether the people living here are having days they would choose. Qualified nurses are on duty around the clock. Health changes are noticed early by staff who know the person, treatment begins without waiting for an outside visit, and families are not left uncertain about the hours when nobody senior seems to be about. Alongside the nursing, we work hard at keeping ordinary life at the centre of the home. Rooms are personalised, people get up and settle when they choose, and meals are something to look forward to rather than a fixture on a timetable. Dementia care here rests on knowing the individual. We learn about the work somebody did, the places they knew and the things that still bring them pleasure, and we use that instead of correcting people about the present. The days go better for it. Relatives are part of the home rather than visitors to it, and are welcome whenever they wish. Respite stays are available as well as permanent places. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
