About The Beaumont

The Reigate Beaumont is a nursing home in Reigate, Surrey, for older people who need nursing care as well as help with everyday life. Having qualified nurses on the team alongside our care staff means we can look after residents whose health needs would be beyond a residential home, and that people do not have to move again when their needs increase. We manage medication, nutrition, skin care, pain and comfort, and we help with washing, dressing and moving about in a way that leaves people doing whatever they still can for themselves. We keep in close contact with GPs and community health teams so that care is properly coordinated, and we pay attention to the quiet signs of change, because older people do not always say when they are unwell. Respite stays are available too. They can give a family carer a genuine break, or provide extra support for somebody recovering after a spell in hospital before they return home. What we care about most is that this feels like somewhere people live: meals worth sitting down to, company, a settled routine and staff who know residents as individuals rather than as a set of needs. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please come and see the home and ask us whatever you wish.
