About Us
Randolph House Care Home is a nursing home in Scunthorpe. We care for older people who need qualified nursing as well as help with daily living, for residents living with dementia, for people living with mental health conditions and for people whose physical disability or sensory impairment means they need skilled support. We also care for some younger adults, including people living with eating disorders and people in recovery from problems with alcohol or drugs.
Nurses on duty around the clock let us manage wound and pressure care, continence needs, diabetes, pain relief and end of life care, and let somebody whose health declines stay here rather than face another move.
That range of needs means individual planning rather than a house routine that everybody has to fit. For residents living with dementia we keep the day predictable and the faces familiar. For people living with mental health conditions or in recovery, we offer consistency and no judgement, which is usually worth more than any particular intervention. Where sight or hearing is impaired we keep belongings where they are expected and check we have been understood.
Respite stays are available alongside permanent places.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Families in North Lincolnshire are welcome to visit.
