About Us
Here at Mallard Court, we provide nursing home care for people in Bridlington and the wider East Riding of Yorkshire community. Our team works hard every day to make sure the people who live with us feel genuinely at home, cared for, and respected as individuals.
We support a range of needs under one roof, including older person care, nursing care, dementia care, physical disability support, care for younger adults, and respite care. Whether someone comes to us for a short stay to recover or rest, or whether Mallard Court becomes their long term home, we aim to make that experience feel as comfortable and personal as possible.
Dementia care is something we take seriously. We know how disorientating and challenging life can be for someone living with dementia, and equally how hard it can be for their families. We work to create a calm, familiar environment where residents feel safe and understood, with staff who take the time to get to know each person properly.
Our nursing care provision means we can support people with more complex health needs, working closely with healthcare professionals to make sure residents receive the right level of medical support alongside their day to day care.
We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated Mallard Court as good. That outcome reflects the effort our whole team puts in, but we never see it as a reason to stand still. We are always looking at how we can improve and listening to residents and their families to make sure we are getting things right.
If you are thinking about care for yourself or someone close to you, we would welcome the chance to have a conversation. Please do get in touch and come and see us.
