About Us

The Green at Hasland is a care home with nursing in Chesterfield, providing nursing and personal care for older people.

Registered nurses are on duty here at all hours, working alongside carers who know the people they look after well. We manage wound care, support with medication, continence care and the monitoring of long term conditions, and we involve GPs and community specialists early, because a problem dealt with in its first days is nearly always a smaller problem than one left to develop.
