At Brookfield Homecare, we provide personal and practical support to older people living in their own homes across the Wirral. We believe that staying at home, surrounded by familiar faces and routines, makes a real difference to how people feel day to day, and our work is built around making that possible.

We support people with a wide range of needs, from help with personal care and medication prompts through to companionship and assistance with everyday tasks around the home. No two people are the same, so we take time to get to know each person properly before we begin, understanding what matters to them and how they like things done.

Our team works closely with clients and their families to put together support that fits around real life rather than following a rigid template.
