About Us
Here at Connect Care, we provide home care support to people living in Shoreham by Sea and the surrounding areas of West Sussex. Our work is rooted in the belief that people should be able to live as independently as possible, in the comfort of their own homes, with support that genuinely fits around them rather than the other way round.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We understand that no two people are the same, and we take time to get to know each person we support, their routines, their preferences, and what matters most to them in their daily life.
