About Us
At Independent Lifestyles Support Agency, we provide home care to people across Lancing and the wider West Sussex area, supporting individuals to live comfortably and confidently in their own homes. We work with a broad range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments.
We believe that receiving care at home should feel exactly that, like home. Our role is to work alongside the people we support, not simply to do things for them, but to help them maintain their independence, their routines, and the life they want to lead. Every person we work with has their own story, preferences, and goals, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each individual before we put any support in place.
Our team is experienced across a wide range of needs, and we take real care in matching the right support worker to each person. Consistency matters enormously in this kind of work.
