About Us
Care Guaranteed provides support at home for people living in Shoreham by Sea and across the surrounding parts of West Sussex. We work in the homes people already know, fitting around routines that are established rather than trying to rearrange them.
We visit older people who need help with washing, dressing, medication, meals and keeping a household going, and we support people living with dementia, where a familiar carer arriving at a familiar hour steadies a day more reliably than anything else we could offer. We also work with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, people with physical disabilities, those with a visual or hearing impairment and younger adults who want to live independently with the right support behind them.
Every arrangement begins with an unhurried conversation at home, with family involved where that is wanted. We ask what somebody still wants to do for themselves, where help would genuinely make a difference and what we should leave well alone. What we agree is written down plainly and revisited honestly when circumstances change, whether that means more support or less.
Keeping the same carers with the same people matters a great deal, and we protect it as far as we can while being straight with families when holidays or illness make it harder.
