About Us
Wanderlust Case Management supports people living with a physical disability in their own homes in Pulborough and across West Sussex.
Our work sits alongside the practical care somebody receives rather than replacing it. Living with a significant physical disability often means dealing with a long list of people: health professionals, therapists, equipment suppliers, funders and care staff. Keeping all of that coordinated is a job in itself, and it usually lands on the person or on a family member who did not ask for it. Our part is to take that weight on so the person can get on with their life.
That means knowing the detail properly: what support is in place, what is missing, what has been promised and not delivered, and what needs to change as circumstances do. It also means being led by the person throughout. Coordination carried out over somebody's head rather than with them is just another thing being done to them.
We try to be straightforward about what can and cannot be achieved. Families in this situation have usually heard plenty of reassurance already, and what tends to be more useful is an honest view and someone who follows things through.
