About Us

Caremark Horsham and Pulborough provides care and support in people's own homes across Pulborough, Horsham and the surrounding West Sussex villages. We are a home care agency, which means our work happens on your terms and in your house.

We support a wide range of people. Older people who need help with washing, dressing, medication, meals and getting out. People living with dementia, supported by a consistent team who learn the person rather than just the plan. Adults with learning disabilities and autism, and younger adults who want support arranged around their own life. People with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. We also support people managing mental health conditions, people affected by eating disorders, and people working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs, and in all of that we take the same approach: agree the plan together, keep it under review, and do not judge.

Visits can be short daily calls or a fuller package across the day. What we will not do is promise a level of support we cannot reliably staff. If we can cover it, we will say so; if we cannot, we will tell you that instead of letting you down later.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you would like to discuss support for yourself or someone close to you, please contact us.
