About Us
Kendall Care provides care and support in people's own homes across Littlehampton and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autistic people, people with physical disabilities or loss of sight or hearing, and people managing mental health conditions.
That is a wide remit and it only works if we start by listening. No two of these situations call for the same response, so we sit down with the person, find out what they want their days to look like and where help is genuinely needed, and build the visits from there. It takes longer at the start and saves trouble later.
The support might be personal care, medication, meals, shopping, getting out of the house, or simply company for somebody who lives alone and sees very few people. We keep the same carers with the same households as far as the rota allows, because familiarity is what makes the arrangement comfortable rather than intrusive.
Care plans are written in plain language, agreed with the person, and updated when circumstances change.
