About Us

At Crossroads Care South Central, we provide home care to people living in Littlehampton and the surrounding areas of West Sussex. Our aim is straightforward: to support people to live well in their own homes, with the right help at the right time, in a way that respects their independence and their preferences.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, visual or hearing impairments, and eating disorders. Every person we support has a different story and different needs, and we take the time to understand both before we put anything in place.

Home care means something different to each person we visit. For some, it might mean support with personal care and daily routines. For others, it is about having someone reliable to turn to, or maintaining connections with the community. Whatever that looks like for the individual, we try to make sure our support fits around their life rather than the other way around.

We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our team puts in day to day. It means a great deal to us, not as a badge, but as confirmation that the people we support and their families feel safe and well looked after.

We know that inviting someone into your home, or arranging care for a loved one, is not always an easy decision. We try to make that process as straightforward and as honest as possible. If you would like to find out more about how we might be able to help, we would always welcome a conversation.
