About Us

We provide care at home across Horsham and the surrounding parts of West Sussex, supporting older adults and younger adults, including people with a learning disability and autistic adults.

Covering a town and the villages around it means our rounds involve real distances, and we build our schedules accordingly. Allowing proper travelling time between calls is not a small administrative matter. A rota that only works when nothing goes wrong produces late and hurried visits, and hurried visits are where things get missed.

For older people our support usually centres on keeping a household and a routine going: personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, and a familiar person who notices when something has changed. For adults with a learning disability and autistic adults the emphasis is often different, leaning towards independence, routine, getting out, and support that steps back as somebody grows in confidence.

We put thought into which care worker goes to which home. This is intimate work carried out in somebody's private space, and it only really works when the relationship does, so we match people carefully and then keep them together.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Good.
