About Us

Prime Care Domiciliary provides care and support in people's own homes across Horsham and the surrounding part of West Sussex. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people with physical disabilities or loss of sight or hearing, and people managing mental health conditions, eating disorders, or difficulties with alcohol and drugs.

Covering that range means a template would be useless, so we do not use one. We sit down with the person, find out where help is genuinely needed and what they want their days to look like, and build the visits from there.

Where somebody is living with an eating disorder, mealtime support calls for particular patience rather than ordinary prompting. Where somebody is working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs, turning up reliably and without judgement does more good than any technique.

We keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows.

Our most recent rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to discuss support.
