About Us
Bright Care Recruitment provides care and support at home in Haywards Heath and the surrounding part of West Sussex. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults.
Most people would rather stay in their own home, among their own things and their own neighbours, and with the right support a great many can. Our job is to make that practical rather than theoretical. Support might be a single morning call to help somebody wash, dress and start the day safely, or several visits covering personal care, medication, meals, mobility, shopping and a check in the evening.
Consistency is what we work hardest at. Care at home falls apart when the face at the door keeps changing, so we build small teams around each person and protect them. For people living with dementia that familiarity matters more than anything else we could offer.
Where somebody has a physical disability we learn how their equipment is used and how they prefer to be helped to move, and we follow their way of doing things. Where somebody has a sight or hearing impairment we adapt how we communicate and take care to leave the home exactly as they expect to find it.
