About Us
Here at One to One Plus North, we provide home care to people living in Crawley and the surrounding areas of West Sussex. Our work centres on supporting individuals in the place that matters most to them, their own home, where they feel comfortable, familiar and in control of their own lives.
We work with a range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals with a learning disability or autism. Every person we support has their own routines, preferences and ways of doing things, and we take the time to understand what good support actually looks like for them as an individual. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach, and the people we support should never feel like they are simply being fitted into a schedule.
Our team is made up of care workers who know the people they support well. Consistency matters enormously in home care, and we work hard to make sure that familiar faces are visiting regularly, so that trust can develop naturally over time. When someone lets you into their home, that is not something we take lightly.
