About Us
Home Instead Senior Care Crawley provides care and companionship to people in their own homes across Crawley and the surrounding part of West Sussex. We support older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia or with mental ill health, people with a learning disability, people who are autistic, people with a physical disability and people with a sensory impairment.
We work on the basis that good care at home is built on a relationship. People are visited by the same small group of care professionals, matched thoughtfully rather than allocated at random, and visits are long enough to do the job properly and still have a conversation. A carer who knows somebody well will notice the early signs that health is slipping and will know how to persuade a reluctant person to eat or to get out of the house.
Support ranges from companionship and help around the home through to personal care, medication, meals and assistance getting out to appointments, groups and shops. We also give family carers reliable cover so that they can keep going themselves.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
