About Us
We are Care Outlook (Crawley), a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Crawley and West Sussex. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment, and people affected by alcohol and drug misuse.
Home care only works when it is built around the person rather than around our convenience, so we begin by asking what a normal day looks like and where it has become difficult. The answer shapes the visits. It also changes over time, so we review arrangements instead of letting an old plan run on past its usefulness.
