About Us
AAT Quality Care Agency supports people in their own homes in Crawley and across West Sussex.
We work with older people who want to remain independent, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing a mental health condition or an eating disorder, younger adults, people with a physical disability, and people living with a visual or hearing impairment.
Care at home has to be built around the person's own week. We ask what would genuinely help, what somebody would rather do without assistance, and what should happen when things are difficult. That is agreed in plain language and then followed, and when it no longer fits we rewrite it rather than let the gap widen.
Continuity is the part that makes the difference in practice. Being helped by somebody you recognise, at a time you can rely on, changes how the whole thing feels, so we keep teams small around each person and give notice when anything has to change.
