About Us
We provide care at home across Chichester and the surrounding parts of West Sussex, trading as Prestige Nursing and Care. Our visits are arranged around the person rather than around a standard pattern, covering personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and support to get out and about.
A great deal of our work is with older people, including many living with dementia. Consistency is what makes that work, so we plan rotas so people see familiar carers who know their routine, their preferences and the small signs that something is not right. We also support adults living with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we communicate and how we work in someone's home so that it stays their space. Younger adults are part of our work too, and their support is shaped around the life they are leading rather than around care tasks alone.
West Sussex covers a lot of ground, including villages some way from the town, and we plan our rounds so that travel does not eat into anyone's visit.
We always start with a proper conversation and a full assessment, and we would rather be honest early about what we can offer than promise more than we can deliver.
