About Us
Sister Led Care provides care at home in Burgess Hill and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. We support older adults and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with mental health conditions, and people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment.
Most of the people we visit want one thing above everything else, which is to carry on living in their own home. Our job is to make that workable for as long as it can be. The help ranges from a single short call in the morning to several visits a day: personal care, support with medication, meals, keeping the house in order, getting out, and company.
We think this work is judged on unremarkable things. Whether the visit happened when it was promised. Whether the person at the door is familiar. Whether they remember how you like things done without being told again. Whether what is written down afterwards is accurate. That is where we put our effort.
We also act as a set of eyes for families living further away. If something seems different we say so early, while there is still something useful to be done about it, rather than waiting for a crisis.
