About Us
At KD Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Burgess Hill and the surrounding areas of West Sussex. Our aim is straightforward: to help people remain comfortable, safe and as independent as possible in their own homes, in a way that genuinely works for them.
We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Because the people we work with have such varied needs and life experiences, we take time to understand what matters to each individual before we do anything else. Care looks different for everyone, and we think it should.
We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That outcome reflects the everyday efforts of our team and the trust that the people we support, and their families, place in us. We do not take that trust lightly.
What we find makes the biggest difference is consistency. People want to see familiar faces, feel heard, and know that whoever comes through their door actually knows them. We work hard to make sure that is the experience we deliver, not just at the start of someone's care journey but throughout it.
