About Us

We provide care at home in Burgess Hill and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. Those we support include older adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss and younger adults.

Our work covers washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and keeping a household ticking over, aimed at what has genuinely become hard rather than at taking over what somebody can still manage themselves.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather put that here than have a family find it elsewhere and wonder why we said nothing about it. We accept what was identified, we are working through it, and we are not going to claim in a paragraph that everything is resolved, because that would not be honest.

What we would ask is that anybody considering us puts the question to us directly and presses for specifics: what was found, what has changed, and what is still outstanding. We would also encourage people to speak to those we already visit, since their account of us carries more weight than ours.
