About Us

We at Everycare Midsussex are proud to provide compassionate home care across Burgess Hill and the surrounding communities of West Sussex, supporting people to live well and safely in the place they know and love best: their own home.

Based in the RH postcode area, our team is well placed to reach families throughout Burgess Hill and neighbouring towns and villages in Mid Sussex. Because we deliver care in your own home, the environment remains yours: familiar furniture, treasured photographs, a favourite armchair by the window, and the routines that make a house feel like home. Our role is to fit gently around that life, offering the right level of support at the right time, whether that is a short visit each morning or more comprehensive daily assistance.

We offer a broad range of specialisms designed to meet people where they are in life. Our older person care focuses on maintaining independence, dignity, and confidence, helping with everything from personal care and medication support to companionship and gentle encouragement throughout the day. For those living with dementia, we take a patient, person centred approach, learning each individual's history, preferences, and routines so that our visits feel reassuring rather than unfamiliar. Families often tell us that consistency and kindness make the greatest difference, and we work hard to provide both.

Our mental health support is delivered with sensitivity and without judgement, whilst our care for adults with physical disabilities is practical and empowering, focusing on what someone can do and how we can help with the rest. We also support younger adults whose needs may differ from those of older clients, tailoring our approach to reflect their lifestyles, goals, and aspirations. Whatever the specialism, our aim is the same: to enable people to remain in their own home with as much choice and control as possible, and to give loved ones genuine peace of mind.

We are proud to hold an overall rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, following our most recent inspection in February 2024. Every one of the five key domains, Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well led, was also rated Good. For families, this offers independent reassurance that the care we provide is safe, that our practice is effective and up to date, that our team is genuinely caring, that we respond thoughtfully to individual needs, and that the way we run our organisation supports high standards throughout.

Choosing home care is an important and often emotional decision, and we understand that families want to feel confident in the people who will be stepping through their loved one's front door. If you are exploring options for yourself or someone dear to you in Burgess Hill or the wider Mid Sussex area, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We would be glad to listen, answer your questions, and help you consider whether our support could be the right fit for your family.
