About Us

Here at United Response Felpham DCA, we provide home care support to people living in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas of West Sussex. We are part of United Response, a national charity with a long history of supporting people to live the lives they choose, and that ethos runs through everything we do at a local level.

Our team supports adults in their own homes, with a particular focus on people with learning disabilities and autism. We know that for many of the people we work with, familiar surroundings and consistent support make an enormous difference to how they feel day to day. That is why we work hard to match people with the right support workers and to keep things as stable and predictable as possible, because we understand how much that matters.

We take the time to get to know each person properly, not just what support they need on paper, but what they enjoy, what they find difficult, what they are working towards and how they like things done. Support is built around the individual rather than shaped to fit a rota or a routine that suits us.

Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as good, and we are proud of that. It reflects the effort our team puts in every day to make sure people are safe, treated with respect and genuinely supported to do more of what matters to them.
