About Us
We provide support in people's own homes across Bognor Regis and the surrounding parts of West Sussex. Our focus is deliberately narrow. We support older people who need help to keep living independently, and we support people with a learning disability and autistic people who want a life of their own with the right backing behind it.
Support looks very different across those groups, and we would not pretend otherwise. For an older person it might mean personal care, help with medication and someone reliable calling in each day. For a younger adult with a learning disability it might mean support to get to college or work, to run a household, to see friends, or to handle situations that feel overwhelming. What the two have in common is that the person decides what they want their life to look like, and we fit around that.
We are careful about matching. The right support worker makes the difference between a visit someone dreads and one they look forward to, so we take time over introductions and we listen when a match is not working.
