About Us
We are a home care agency based in Rugby, visiting people in their own homes across the town and the surrounding parts of Warwickshire. Our work is with older people who need support to stay independent, adults living with physical disabilities, and younger adults whose care has to fit around jobs, college, friendships and family rather than the other way about.
A visit from us might mean help with getting washed and dressed, prompting and support with medication, cooking a proper meal, help with shopping, light housework, or assistance with moving safely about the house. For some people it means support to get out, to a club, an appointment or simply into town, which often matters more to quality of life than anything we do indoors.
We aim to keep the same small group of carers going to each household. Nobody wants to explain their routine and their preferences to a stranger every week, and familiarity is what allows a carer to notice when something has changed. Care plans are agreed with the person receiving care, written in plain language, and revised as needs alter.
We keep families informed and welcome their involvement where the person wants it. If you are looking into care at home, ring us and describe the situation. We will tell you honestly whether we can cover what you need, how often we could visit and what it would cost, with no obligation to go any further.

Older Person Care
Care Infinity has been on the CQC register since 23 June 2026 and has not yet been inspected. For older people its registration covers help with getting washed and dressed, prompting and support with medication, cooking a proper meal, shopping and light housework. The agency's own text adds that support to get out, to a club or an appointment or simply into town, often matters more to quality of life than anything done indoors. It also says it aims to keep the same small group of carers going to each household, because nobody wants to explain their routine to a stranger every week. Ask how many carers that group contains, how visits are timed, and who can be reached in the evening.
Physical Disability
In Rugby, Care Infinity lists assistance with moving safely about the house among the help it offers. Support for a physical disability at home usually turns on safe transfers, personal care and whatever equipment is already installed, with the aim of preserving what someone can still do. Ask how carers are matched to moving and handling needs, who reviews those needs as they change, and what it will not undertake.
Younger Adults
Rugby is the base from which Care Infinity visits younger adults, whose care it says must fit around jobs, college, friendships and family. That is the right priority for an adult under 65, since visit times built around an older routine seldom suit a timetable. Ask how early and how late the agency can call, and whether the same carers can follow a week that changes.
