About Us
Greenmore Healthcare provides care and support to people in their own homes in Nuneaton and across Warwickshire. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with alcohol or drug misuse.
We take on that range because people rarely fit one category, and support that addresses only part of somebody's situation tends not to hold. What stays constant is the method. We visit first, ask what is genuinely difficult and what the person would rather keep doing themselves, and agree the arrangement with them before anything is fixed.
Our support covers personal care, prompting and help with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, shopping, laundry and housework, and getting out to appointments, education or work. Arrangements are reviewed as circumstances change.
Our carers are trained for the specific needs they support and supervised in the work, and we keep teams consistent wherever the rota allows.
We work alongside families and the professionals involved so that support is joined up.
If you are considering care at home in Warwickshire, please contact us and we will arrange to visit you.
