About Diamond Support Services

Diamond Support provides care and support to people in their own homes in Tower Hamlets. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, with younger adults and with people recovering from an eating disorder. That breadth works because every package is planned individually. We visit first, talk it through with the person and anyone they want present, agree in plain language what help is needed and what they want from it, then review it as things change. A visit might mean personal care and medication, help with meals, shopping and the house, or support to get out to appointments, work or the places that keep somebody connected. Where someone has mental health needs or is in recovery, we agree in advance what a difficult period looks like for them and what they want us to do.
