About Us
We are Bio Luminuex Health Care, a home care agency supporting people across Newham and the surrounding parts of London. Our work takes place in the houses and flats our clients already call home, which is where most people would rather be when they need a hand.
Some of the people we visit are older and want steady help with washing, dressing, medication and meals. Others are younger adults living with a physical disability, a learning disability or autism, a mental health condition, or a loss of sight or hearing. Because no two days look alike, we begin by sitting down with the person and, where they wish, with their family, to agree what good support actually means for them.
